4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights related to the custom development work are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

CodeLume Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our services.
